Celebrate Juneteenth on the Dequindre Cut with live music, vendors, food trucks, and more! Located on the eastern border of historic Black Bottom, the Dequindre Cut's Juneteenth celebration will celebrate the legacy of Black Bottom with storytelling, performances, and interactive opportunities for all ages.
The Campbell Terrace stage is located at the Lafayette + St. Aubin entrance to the Dequindre Cut. Please note that motorized vehicles are not permitted on the Dequindre Cut; guests will park on nearby streets and enter the Cut via a ramp. Bikes, skateboards, and roller skates all welcome, as are dogs on a leash. All ages welcome!
Limited seating is available; guests are encouraged to bring blankets or chairs. Food and beverages will be available for purchase.
Juneteenth on the Cut is hosted by the Detroit Riverfront Conservancy, in partnership with D. Cipher, Concert of Colors, and InsideOut Literary Arts.
