Morning Meditation

May is Mental Health Awareness Month. For this month's Work from the Park (May 31), join in a free morning meditation with Cass Ghiorse from MIDLINE from 9:00am-9:30 a.m. This workshop will focus on warming up the body and mind before jumping into the work day. Participants will also learn a few practices they can carry into their day to increase mindfulness. After the workshop, Cass will be available until 10 a.m. for individual coaching and tips for anyone interested. 

After the workshop, spend your work day outside at Work from the Park! Enjoy the benefits of fresh air and proximity to water and nature while enjoying the amenities at Robert C. Valade Park. Consider scheduling walking meetings or bringing your team down for coffee or lunch in the park.
