Mondays on July 15 & 29 and August 12 & 26 at Gabriel Richard Park from 6:30-8pm 

Join us on Monday, July 15 & 29 and August 12 & 26 for Mindful Mondays on the Detroit Riverfront sponsored by AARP. Each week visitors can experience wellness classes focused on connecting body and mind to the natural world through meditation, sound bathing and more. Each class will begin with a 30 minute session on brain health provided by AARP that you will then be able to put into practice with the Mindful Monday class. See below for class schedule.
