West Riverfront Park Emerges As a Popular Concert Destination

April 22, 2015 [DETROIT] - Since opening in July of 2014, West Riverfront Park has become a popular destination where visitors go to run, walk or enjoy a leisurely stroll, join in an impromptu sporting contest or cast a line in the water for some of the area’s best fishing.
However, with the announcements made just recently, West Riverfront Park is beginning to build a name for itself as one of the premier destinations for major concerts in Detroit. Just in the last several weeks, several announcements have been made announcing West Riverfront Park as the site for some of the hottest names in R-and-B, country and alternative music.
