December 7, 2016 [DETROIT] - Fans of Public Art along the RiverWalk will be able to enjoy two installations a little longer thanks to the efforts of the Detroit RiverFront Conservancy’s Public Art Committee.

The Committee successfully negotiated extensions for Ray Katz’s Sphere and Spiral Roll, which will now be in place through August 2018, and Laurie Tennent’s Oriental Poppy and Desmanthus, which will be on display until April 2019.

Additionally, the Committee is currently planning for a fundraising activity in the spring of 2017 to secure supporters for Public Art along the riverfront.
