ORLEANS LANDING
Construction and trade crews continue to make significant progress on the Orleans Landing development along Atwater Street. Exterior siding and brickwork on all buildings are nearing completion, while interior finishes are more than 60 percent complete.
Additionally, crews have completed approximately half of all sidewalk and landscaping installations.
The project, which features 278 units and ground floor retail, will begin welcoming new tenants this month. To date, 15 percent of the units have been leased.
