The 20 buildings comprising Phase One of the Orleans Landing project are now enclosed and interior framing is complete. Additionally, appliances are being placed in many units.
The primary focus during the fall months will be completing interior finishes, which includes painting the walls and installing decorative wood trim and granite countertops.
On the outside, several buildings are having final exterior brickwork and siding installed.
When complete, the project, which is scheduled to begin welcoming tenants at the end of the year, will feature 278 residential units and space for retail.
