The Campbell Memorial Terrace along the Dequindre Cut is nearing completion. With the custom-designed canopy that shades the stage and the curved concrete seating walls in place, crews are installing decorative landscaping throughout the outdoor performance space.  The Terrace was constructed to honor former founding Conservancy Board member and McGregor Fund president, CEO and trustee C. David Campbell, who passed away in 2014.

When complete, the Terrace will be a small-scale performance space for impromptu performances from people throughout the community and for planned events. The general public will get a chance to see the space activated during the October 22 Harvest Detroit festival.
