The Detroit Audubon Society is proud to present the newest sub-chapter - the Detroit Riverfront Audubon Society.  The group will host its first meeting on Tuesday, September 22 at 7 p.m. at 1300 Lafayette.

Guest speaker, Mr. Karl Overman, a longtime Audubon member will tell the group about the birds found in the downtown area.  In addition, he will introduce the group the basics of bird watching for those who have always wanted to know about it, but did not know where to start.

If you are interested in a positive conservation experience or want to participate in a community-based organization then this is for you!
