The Detroit RiverFront Conservancy is governed by a 46-member board of directors, which represents a cross-section of both public and private organizations within the state of Michigan. Eight committees, including Advancement, Audit, Community Outreach & Communications, Executive, Finance, Governance and Nominating and Programming, oversee various components of the project.
